Frode Awarded His First Degree from Eddie Bravo

10pFredrikstad head coach, Frode Nilsen, has received his First-Degree 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Black Belt from Eddie Bravo.

Frode reflects on the journey:

I’ve been a black belt for three years and eight months now—goddamn, time flies!

My new chapter, 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Fredrikstad, is unfolding and growing week by week, while 10th Planet Bergen is still going strong.

It has been a crazy ride so far. Now, let’s push it to the next level!

Obviously, a huge thank-you to Eddie for all the support throughout the years.

To my awesome wife, Anette Kjølstad Nilsen, who understands my vision and gives me the space to follow this path: I couldn’t do it without you.

And to my entire 10th Planet family across the globe—I’m incredibly grateful to be part of it all.

Much love!
